Rockfax Description
A pleasant route with two main pitches. Start from the good racking up spot just before the third step in the terrace/rampline.
1) 5a, 15m. Move up to a bolt and then traverse left - awkward at first. Easy but bold moves lead to a belay below a prominent groove.
2) 6a, 50m. Avoid the groove but climbing the wall on the right for as long as possible before tussling with the crack. At the top of this groove, move out right to another groove and follow this to a tree belay on a ledge.
3) 5c, 35m. Move up and right from the belay to a bolt and then up to another bolt by a overlap. Balancy climbing around this leads to a slab. Trend up right before heading back left where easier climbing leads to the top. Care needed with rope drag on this pitch. © Rockfax
