25m. Morocco’s answer to Strawberries (F7c/+)

This takes the hanging crack in the smooth orange face (down and left of two big 45 degree roofs) on the west side of the gorge, opposite the stepped corner of ‘An Unexpected Journey’.

Approach by scrambling rightward up some white sloping steps to gain the long ledge running rightwards above the slab. Belay on medium cams/hexes.

The line is obvious; the thin crack splitting the gently overhanging wall, with a crux section passing the thread and some good resistance climbing above. Perfectly protected by many cams, most won’t place them all! Easily aidable, there’s an abseil thread at the top (worth doubling up or placing some extra gear if you’re working it). Gets the sun until 1pm-ish
