Rockfax Description
A great introduction to the harder routes on the buttress.
1) 4b, 22m. Climb the initial easy slab to gain the left-leading ramp. Make an airy step left and then climb steeper rock to a good niche-belay.
2) 4b, 22m. Climb steeply up and right (often damp) watching for some suspect holds, to gain the upper slab and a delightful finish. © Rockfax

βeta: Ogwen guide says VD-Ignore that, its harder. HS and 4b. The rock fax description makes not sense. The first moves up the wall are very polished and offsets are ideal to protect move onto ledge. This is the crux. Then you head off rightwards and upwards, all great climbing and ideal in one pitch. | βeta? | |
