This is not listed in Crocket's SMC nor the new compendium. It is a waterfall pitch just past the described left fork before the 100ft waterfall pitch, but it is certainly not the 100ft waterfall pitch. Purists/idiots like us will climb it. Not recommended as this is the loosest choss you could ever meet. It was desperate and forced you back into the waterfall in search of something, anything, which did not pull off in your hand. A good soaking. If climbed, make sure the belayer is well hidden from rock fall and wear socks over your shoes. For the sane there is a fairly easy grassy rib to sramble up on the left.

The true hundred foot waterfall pitch is actually not too far above this pitch and, just for a Chasm irony, it is one of the few pitches that does not climb a waterfall.

This looks suspiciously like the pitch i led - i distinctly remember the water pouring down the sleeves of my waterproofs as i reached up and coming out the bottom - we bailed after pitch 7 i think, when we seen all the snow higher up (June)- looking back - the best decision we made that day!
