This is an area of confusion in the Yorkshire Limestone guidebook. The red dots show the correct lines of Olympus and Venus. The green dots show where Olympus is shown on the guidebook picture. The causes of the confusion are as follows: 1. The guidebook has confused overhang A with overhang B
2. The lowest third of the crag diagram seems to have slid leftwards with respect to the upper two thirds.
Last and least: the blue dots show the first half of Generation Gap and the (new? alternative?) finish which Matt Gordon and I did yesterday - it seemed like a natural route to take. Or is this part of another route?
