how come it doesnt go straight up that groove? nice pic

looking at the other shot I now know, that direct groove must be what pete and guy were trying

I said that until I tried going straight up it and opted for the easier finish!
Pete and Guy went up from where they are in this shot (green jacket just behind the black jacket)

yea the reason I didnt go that far up it before bailing onto pic'n mix was because of the ice. just enough to make gear placements crap and not enough for good sticks. you can see the darker area of the crack that I had cleaned
