Rodger was a steel erector from Barnsley. I went up to Cloggy with him ( 1970 ? ). As we drove up the the steep hill at the start of the track a middle aged male walker saw us coming but continued to walk in the middle of the track. I assumed we would stop, however we continued on , knocked him over the bonnet and left him on his back looking like an upturned tortoise. He looked ok but very suprised.
