Good photo, but is this some eliminate as DWR finishes at the jug on the right!!

This is the Left Hand eliminate 7c/7c+ which misses the break and seam out (the dish in the seam is out). The Right Hand variant also known as the Ear Variation 7b+/7c also misses the break but goes to a ear shaped gaston far out right. Demon Wall Roof uses all the features including the large break but as with each of the problems you must finish on the high break to get the full tick!

Pedantry but DWR finishes at the next break up. The hardest of the climbing finishes at the jug.
