What's the runner out left at the start?

Its the first bolt on the neighbouring route (E3 6a?) reducing the initial exposure.

I see. That would significantly reduce the dangerous first clip that it gets E4 for (and possibly increase the quality, it is a bit arbitrary in it's E4 version). You might want to change the grade you give it in the title to reflect that.
