Definitely an easier way for me than any of the more "traditional" sequences that lanky gets can use. Just needs a bit of flexibility, once your foot is in the pocket, the rockover gains you loads of height.

Better downscale and edit and re-compressed to higher quality 5-6-08.
Edit: sharpen only.
