The sea booms around the huge cave which houses the second and third pitches of Preposterous Tales. Entering this cave is the climax of the first pitch, an experience which Tom found fairly traumatic

probably my least favourite move on any route ever - this climb physcologicaly ruined me for days

That look says it all ....... We went down to do this route but the swell was so big that waves were crashing up to the top of the cave entrance..... fortunately!!!
