Actually a combination of the start of Tearoom with the finish of Dun Roamin.

No this is Dunira or Die. Unless the bolts have moved in the last 6 years

Dunira or Die takes the face to the left of that crack up to a block directly beneath the roof, then straight over the roof to finish.
Tearoom takes that wide crack, then the face above on the right, then a small overhang above with the same lower-off as ShangriLa.
Dun Roamin starts on the ramp to the right of the wide crack and climbs up grooves to finish up the corner right of the roof to the lower-off used in this photo.

Definitely not the 7a. That's a mix of the start of the 6b and the finish of the 5+. Lines 8 and 9 combined.
