With all the gear, and from the photos, is this guy really on Shackle Route or the 2nd pitch of Brevity Crack?
It looks harder than the Shackle Route I remember, which was used, other than for beginners, for its primo sentry-box belay stance, when crossing from pitch 1 of Brevity Cr to pitch 2 of Shattered Cr to get both cruxes.
Note on East face of North Buttress; Shackle Route has Brevity Crack to its left and Shattered Crack to its right before going further right to Crow's Nest Crack, as I recall ... but I am getting on in years.
The UKC guide should note these routes as they are both very nice VS climbs on good rock.
