Hey yall
I'm trying for the life of me to remember half a film I watched some time ago.
Kevin Costner was in it. All I can remember of the plot was training military divers for an elite unit, and those not fit enough got ousted.
I think the odds are slightly in favour of The Guardian (sorry I called it The Guard - The Guardian to me is a Jenny Seagrove witch nanny horro movie) actually.
Less likely to confuse DeNiro with Costner, than to confuse the Coastguard with the military AND swimming with diving, but who knows the workings of the OP's mind?
> I think Blue Pete is right it is a film called Guardian where he is training a bunch of young newbies to be the elite search and rescue divers
No worries, I only knew it was a coastguard thing, and didn't really think of coastguards as S&R "divers" as such. Shows how little I know! (I have not seen it)
I think we should now pursue the Costner with gills thing.
Field of Breams anyone?
