i have found that everybody i know who climbs drinks copious amounts of coffee.
i know i love the stuff but is it true that most climbers drink it. i'm sure there must be a higher level of coffee consumption among climbers as opposed the rest of population.
i find that the caffeine rush does help me crank harder, i dont know about you?
and finally how do ya take ya coffee and whats your favourite brand?
In reply to mark1984: I'm getting worried about my intake- a pint a day of strong ground coffee. I love the stuff, but sometimes hate the residual tension that you get for the few hours after.
