Can anyone point me to sources of information from those on the ground in Thailand, as opposed to news sites. Do I need twitter?
I have a niece there, and we spoke this morning as she was about to leave Bangkok and travel south on public transport, but nothing since, so would like to know what conditions are like, in an immediate sort of way.
Thanks.

Cheers

He described it as almost a national past time and would happily go there right now for a holiday.
