just for a bit of 'fun' a friend and myself are going to do the same shots same settings, how can you then objectively compare two similar cameras? without it turning into mines better than yours.... type debate?
I forgot, the photo forum is much geekier and less prone to fatuous argument. The obvious answer is you make side by side images in word, a spreadsheet, or whatever you have; just as websites that consumer test cameras do. That seems pretty objective?
