I love all types of climbing. Probably still an alpinist at heart, but currently enjoying a frenzied middle aged rock resurgence in the fear that I might soon grow too old and weak to do all those routes I never got around to doing in my youth.....and increasingly into adventurous rock destinations.
Best Climbing Experience
Watching the sunset at the end of a hard day's climbing on Mingulay.
Never having to go near the Eiger again.

About My Photography
Very reluctantly gave up slides and went digital, thus marrying my love of photography with my loathing of computers......
Hate gimmicky or unnatural photoshopped nonsense.
Have recently bought a really good camera and enjoying getting to grips with it.

Anything Else We Should Know
I hate my skis and my bike and and I hate skiing and biking (though I am prepared to do so to approach a climb). I recently bought a sea kayak. It is very beautiful and I must get out in it more.
