Having climbed at Cheddar a couple of times in the last year on dry days after sustained rain I'd say your options there would be limited.
High crags on the North side are the best bet: Easter Island dries quick, Remnant and Lion Rock might go too. On the South Side areas like Sunnyside Terrace might have some climbable lines by afternoon if the drying conditions are good.
Overall though Goblin, Avon, Wyndcliff and Brean are better options. Have a good one!
