Thanks to Lucy for a great article full of the excitement of a first trip to the Alps. Takes me back to 1989 when the first route I did was on the Aig du Tour, and everything was new, shiny & exciting!

In reply to Lucy: I think you got it just right, took a bit of nerve though taking a picture when you have fallen into a crevasse. You won't forget that lesson, good article and the first of many we hope. Glad you enjoyed the trip.
