Hi, I'll be in Scotland for a vacation probably in July. I'll be travelling from Glasgow to Oban by train and I would love to squeeze in a climbing day. I'm wondering if there are any good sport or multipitch crags on the way. Since I'm on my own, I would also need a guide to provide the gear and belay me. Do you guys have any recommendations for crags and/or guides in this area?
Thanks in advance!

In reply to Biggi:

Getting off at Arrochar is your best bet, no sport but plenty trad: cragging and mountain multi- and single-pitch.

As Kevin says, the quickest, most convenient option would be "The Cobbler" near Arrochar.

If you weren't so pushed for time then a detour to Ben Nevis or Glen Coe would be worth the trip.

You shouldn't have any trouble finding a guide for the day.
