Hi all. I wondered if anyone had any good ideas for arm exercises to do whilst sitting at a desk? I find my forearms get pumped way to quickly these days so am looking to exercise them whilst at work. Those spinny ball things are no good 'cos they're too noisy, but am open to suggestions on discrete equipment or exercises that will give me a bit more stamina on the wall.
I found something in Decathlon that seemed useful. It's a bit like a palm-sized squishy rugby ball that you squeeze repeatedly in your hand but it has a tiny display that tells you how many times you've done so, with options for setting 30 second records, etc. Only a few quid and seemed to give a forearm pump similar enough to climbing to make me think it was doing some good while I was away.

guess if youe getting pumped all the time ,maybe use your feet more to take the weight off.wouldnt have thought having forearms like popeye would delay the pump for much longer anyway. imo
