Rockfax Description
A relatively popular corner pitch that takes some time to dry out. An atmospheric climb that has good gear and rock. Start by abseiling down the line to a small sea level ledge and belay.
Climb steeply to a ledge. Continue up the fine corner finishing to the left of the top overhang. © Rockfax

Only one wet patch to negotiate. Required some lateral thinking. Great climb made even better by a warm sunny evening and a swarm of beautiful jellyfish floating at the base of the route.

Sat on the rope to retrieve a very stuck cam. Would have been good if it wasn't gopping wet.

Take as many medium to large cams as you own. Needs a dry spell. A classic.

Very good, though lots of seepage at bottom (similar when I climbed it a 2nd time).

Climbed whilst Ian Parnell was leading Pierrot le Fou. It's us in the background in the photo in the 2000 guide book! A bit wet and slippery lower down.
