22m. Follow the strenuous thin crack in the wall to a possible stance and block belay. Pull boldly over a bulge and climb a groove and follow this to a capping roof, which is climbed on 'surprising' holds. Save some big gear for the final section. © ROCKFAX

.In 2 pitches.The bulge at top of first pitch good 4c if you go direct- and final flake/bulge probably only 4b but with commiting moves may feel harder.

Started well and made use of the belay stance to reduce drag. Lesson learnt I didn't read guide book and didn't have any big gear for the final move also didn't find the 'surprising hold' until my second pointed it out! a bold finish to say the least, high fall potential but enjoyable. Dan led second pitch.

Lead the first pitch, enjoyed the powerful first moves up the crack. Belayed higher than the guidebook suggested which split the route more evenly. Final moves around the overhanging bulge felt a lot harder than 4b.

Looking around for ages on the last crux movement, then some guy shouted "Big Jug", found it and hauled my self over with some enormous rope drag that nearly pulled me belt off. Sling the flake just before crux for more safety. I didnt!?
