Approximately anyway. I took a lower line below and to the left of the original line on P2. (I think this is part of "central rib" in the rockfax book) I don't think that detracted too much from the route though, it was still very enjoyable. Shame about the polish, but this is Avon gorge!

Some tricky moves traversing the roof leftwards, and a bit of faff abbing down to unclip the right rope from pegs to the right of the roof. On the whole, pitches 2 and 3 were much simpler, and the whole climb yielded some enjoyable views in glorious weather.

The remark about 'Hobnailed' boots has opened memories. This route was my first proper lead in 1956. We had Viking nylon hawser laid rope tied round the waist and cheap plimsoles (daps) bought from Woolworths for 6s 8d (33p). As I remember it was then less than VS.
