Rain all the way up into the Cwm, no snow on Cneifon Arete so went and found the gully in nil vis. Wet snow but an ok base, small ice pitch halfway up. Excellent overall after nearly not going up.

beths second winter climb to date she did well with walking axes and a bad shoulder very windy at times lots of flying debris beth took one clean on the nose still no need for expensive plastic surgery and of course no sun today as the met office had suggested . descent via gribin ridge.

Nice route, short and sweet. Good neve all the way up and ice steps at mid heght. Started solo but a lot of rock and ice debris falling through the gully (from parties above) so we roped up through the ice step and moved together to continue.
