Bloody hell what a day! Woke up in the tent and the sky looked like a used teabag! Had some cheese on toast for breakfast to try and raise some morale. Justin was out of a partner so tagged along with us. Initially we went to the Castle in search of some climbing just as it began to piss it down so headed off to St Govan's Head where apparently it was meant to be dryer. To be fair to Justin it was... initially. Rob led this and as I got halfway up it totally pissed it down yet again. Took 20 minutes to get one of Robs wires out whilst being battered by strong winds and just generally damp weather topping out we all decided it was time to get back to the van and bugger off home. God knows what happened to Mark over on range west.

The actual climbing was enjoyable as I was in the drier conditions of the day. However as soon as I reached the top it all went tits up. Involved near hypothermia and having to ab down on a separate rope to unhook my rope from a piece of rock. Cheers Jack for perseverance with getting my wire out, you were a perfect and patient seconder on this route!

Didn't think the description fitted the rock, so ended up slipping round the right to the E1 for a few metres (which was the best bit of climbing on the route!) Then no good belay at the top! Wouldn't recommend it!
