Ok first pitch, small crimps and technical, my pitch was a bit scary - had a big flake, slight overhange where i placed 2 cams. lay back of the crack to a slab to an awquward move to a ledge and quite run out at this point where i put a sling on a small spike - created a bit of drag. then more of a technical slab. was in the shade late on in the day.

Fell from the open book corner about 30 feet hitting the slab below. My second had let go of the rope so he wouldn't burn his hands, but fortunately the rope jammed in the crack!
