The Role and Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the daily operations of the bouldering wall, including staffing and customer service
• Developing and mentoring individuals and the team as a whole
• Overseeing rota and shift patterns 
• Ensuring staff wellbeing
• Developing and implementing targets throughout aspects of the business
• Upkeeping excellent customer relations and service
• Managing customer inquiries and resolving any customer service issues
• Maintaining a strong and enthusiastic spirit within the team
• Fostering positive relationships with suppliers, businesses and the local community
