I was wondering why it looked funny, and I realised it was because there are no shadows. If you could get them on, it would be brilliant.

Yeah, I know what you mean, its not quite right. The 4th Toru is odd as well, it looks like he only has one leg. Shadows might be the answer.

I reckon it would look a lot more real if you photoshoped in the rope to "connect" the climbers together.
