Nothing like a well protected winter climb :)

after the start out of the picutre the climbing to where the climber is, is quite easy after that it gets more tricky and when I did it there was gear.

The pic is a bit misleading. There were three of us on the route; the leader is sitting in the cave; Doug is the climber in the pic and the orange rope is mine. The first pitch was well protected. The second pitch was the steep ice fall (but fun); 3rd pitch to the abseil point was a run up steep ice but not hard.
