hello jon i remember that move. i lead it 76 and had a little problem with mind over matter. but a wonderfull route

I was amazed at how straight forward this move was compared to the traverse leading to it. Obviously I had better kit and stickier shoes than you guys did then. Good effort

Did this in '90 or '91 at the end of a brief re-emergence on the climbing scene, it was my last-but-one hard route.. The last one was Silly Arete about an hour later. I wish I could say the last was Fingerlicker but I fell off retreating from the crux having weighted a badly-placed Friend and that was the end of the brief flurry of activity!
