Thanks for taking the photo. A great sense of perspective from this angle. The first pitch was 30m, the second literally a full 60m, finishing a little beyond the skyline in the photo, then 20m of easy ground. What a great route! I think I had just placed or was about to place a screw - it seemed a lot easier once I had done that!

That takes me back. I,d been in Scotland with Tim Lewis & "Dirty" Alex, up on the Ben. I thought it might be in nick, so I didn,t tell the others,made my excuses & hitched down over 3 days. Only got the 3rd ascent the day after the 1st, with Steph ? from Bangor Uni.. If I,d had a car I might have got the 1st ascent. Oh well Happy days!
