Looks very like Hughie Williams. I think he did the Cad around 87. The tights, Sportiva Megas, and size of forearms are all like I remember.

I'm fairly sure it was 89/90. I remember him doing it and didn't meet Hughie until 89. I have his contact details if you haven't got them.
