There's alot of collective self-delusion in climbing photography. Lots gets lost in the pursuit of the ideal image. Maybe even any sense of what a day at the crag is actually like for 99% of us. This maybe isn't the ideal photo to show that, but...

LOL, I like it, 90% of my climbing is faffing so I totally identify. Is he trying to get Private White to find out where the route goes??
