Overview

Hi I am Graham Munns and I am an outdoor adventurous activities instructor working on a freelance basis and running my own company which is GM Outdoors.

Although I am based in Wrexham North Wales I am able to work anywhere in the UK and I have a good knowledge of activity venues in the North Wales area. Along with holding the SPA and ML(S) I am also qualified and have a lot of experience to provide other activities such as Canoe/Kayaking, Mountain biking, Team Building, Bush Craft & Survival skills, Gorge walking and NNAS (national navigation award scheme) up to silver award.

Some of the well known events I have lead in the past is 3 Peaks Challenge and the Welsh 3000s Challenge. My background up until just over two years ago I was a weapons engineer within the Royal Electrical and Mechanical Engineers (REME) British Army who I had served around 10 years and visited all corners of the globe within my career. One of my passions whilst I was serving in the British Army joining in outdoor activities and expeditions from treaking in Corsica to Sea Kayaking around the Island of Cyprus. From that I had become an outdoor instructor alongside my role as a weapons engineer where I was successful in organizing activities and expeditions across the country with highly positive feedback.

Another string to my bow is that I am a current full team member of the North East Wales Search and Rescue team (NEWSAR) which is a team within Mountain Rescue England and Wales.
