I offer specialised strength and conditioning coaching to outdoor athletes – anyone who takes part in athletic activities in the great outdoors, either competitively or purely for fun, whether you're an expert or beginner.
I work with climbers, mountaineers, road cyclists, mountain bikers, runners, triathletes, swimmers and more.
Although there can be some old-school thinking and reluctance around strength training in outdoor communities, the bottom line is that individualised strength and conditioning will improve your sporting performance no matter who you are or what your sport is. It will also increase your training capacity and make you more injury-resistant. All of which means that you can enjoy your sport(s) more by performing at a higher level and training more consistently.
I offer gym-based coaching in Macclesfield, but also provide remote training.
