Overview

I only instruct part time now but have worked as a center instructor in the past and have been involved in mountain sports for over 30 years.

SPA, ML & CWLA qualified. MLTA member
Scout and D of E permits held.
Also attended BMC FUNdamentals of coaching levels 1 & 2.

Courses in mountain navigation & hillcraft including use of non-mapping GPS such as Garmin eTrex.
Climbing courses covering beginner, improver, indoors to out conversion & indoor lead climbing coaching.
