Reopened after extensive refurbishment, The Roaches Bunkhouse provides cosy, comfortable group accommodation at the foot of The Roaches, a famous gritstone escarpment along the southwest edge of the Peak District. Worn into fantastic shapes by the elements, the rocks stretch for 3 miles with magnificent views over Tittesworth reservoir. The edge provides some of the best gritstone climbing in the country, with famous routes such as Valkyrie and The Swan.
You have a choice of two separate self contained lodges, one sleeping 9 in 2 bedrooms and the other sleeping 25 in 5 bedrooms. For larger groups, the two lodges can be interconnected for exclusive use bookings of up to 35 guests. Both lodges have well equipped kitchens, dining tables large enough for all guests, comfortable lounge areas, TVs, underfloor heating and WiFi.
