Led by Sandra Berlin,a 500-RYT yoga teacher and professional climbing coach with 13 years of experience, these classes are designed for yogis and climbers of all levels. Each session is carefully crafted to meet the specific requirements of climbers, focusing on improving mobility, flexibility, strength, balance, and body awareness. Additionally, mindfulness practices are integrated into the classes to enhance concentration and promote harmony between the mind and body. All necessary equipment is provided for participants.
