Overview

With over 100 members we have events every week of the year.

Weekly weekend a mid week local meets, regular trips further afield including the Alps and Kalymnos. Weekday evening climbing on Tuesdays in the Peak during the summer.

New members always welcome whatever your level of experience.

The Castle has a clubroom behind the Rising Sun pub on Abbey Lane, Sheffield 11, with its own indoor climbing line rigged with bowls for practise and training. Monthly slide shows held at our clubhouse during winter.

We also meet at the Depot and Hanger for bouldering, and Foundry and Awesome Walls for roped climbing. See website for details.

Look out for new members meets, usually followed with a restaurant curry.
