Rockfax Description
(Sunday School Outing) A route to nowhere, though with some good and bold climbing.
1) N5, 45m. Climb easy slabs to the back of the bay then follow cracks leading towards the overlap to belay on a small ledge.
2) N6, 40m. Climb to the overlap then move right past a light grey spot (as for The Codfather to here) then move right into a weakness. Head up this, over small overlaps, by lovely run-out slab climbing and continue to a belay on a small ledge with space for "half an ass".
3) N7, 40m. Climb up the groove to a good runner, then traverse left to good holds and runners up to the main groove. Continue diagonally to the left to reach the basalt dike on Ypperstepresten.
4) and 5) N5-, 105m. As for Ypperstepresten pitches 4 and 5. © Rockfax
