East-West: Ascend Roccia Nera by the SW Flank on easy snow slopes. Then follow the snow crest west before scrambling up rock, PD-, to Pt 4106m (Jumeau Est du Breithorn). Either descend rock to the S or abseil on tat to reach the snowy col approx 50m below. The ascent over Pt 4139m (Jumeau Ouest du Breithorn) is similar though a little harder at PD+ with some short, exposed sections to reach the col at 4022m.
