βeta: One of the stand out features of Boardwalk Central and more 3 stars than two for me. An easy to steady start gives way to a surprisingly technical bulge which yields to shenanigans that involve little pulling. (Beware also of the loose jug to the right.) I thought the final crack would be a romp but the early evening heat had baked the rock red gneiss hot and transformed my hands into buttered implements; I slide off the very final and heartbreakingly taxing moves. | ||
