Right of Silver Tear, a steeper variation. Joins that route after 3 or 4 long steep pitches with the last being the crux...

French Erick 17 Mar, 2018 AltLd O/S probably good nick. start is a bit thin so we probably started from a variation of silver tear before coming back right after 15m. Ice was good enough for screws all the way to top of pitch 3, finished via wall of early morning light (exciting and v long, moved together for 150mish to the tube inside the cornice). 3 big pitches 50/55m of proper ice. Smashing lead from Rob on the last steep ice pitch of the hard climbing.

Chad123 27 Feb, 2010 AltLd O/S Brilliant climb, definitely the best ice route I've done in Scotland if not the best route! Especially good when combined with top of Silver Tear - more like WI5 than Scottish grades - three hard steep pitches and plenty of other interest - wow!
