45m. Probably easier R to L with lots of guano and some loose rock for company. Make increasingly committing moves from the pump house to the first cave where it possible to jump to a protrusion if the tide is wrong (right!). If jumping is not your thing then go high on solid but visually suspect rock and be prepared to Jean Claude van Damme your legs. Amble around the pedestal area to the fang of POP, transferring via a booby shaped rock onto it (avoid the rock above this, it is loose). Be brave and fight through, a rest is coming in the niche. Then make an easy transfer onto the damp and pooey wall and struggle over the deceptively tricky final section. Celebrity chef Garry Rhodes would be proud.
