35m. Start 2m to the right of the cave entrance halfway down the earth slope. Climb a narrow seam for 4m and cross a vegetated break. Continue straight up on reasonable rock towards the top of the right-rising overlap. Move up and then across left to finish as for The Duke of Cambridge.

StormShadow 17 Aug 2nd *Grabbed another person guide book that was next to us. Has no number in it; Email me via UKC and will try to return it. Cannot say I enjoyed this route, second route of the day. Certainly memorable Rob lead and a massive rock/boulder came loose right at the top that sliced up his hand fairly bad. I moved quite far right and it still kept coming I had to move seriously quick more to the right. He somehow managed to belay and then a trip to A&E to to get it bandaged up; thankfully nothing broken just . For the climb itself it was quite scrappy with brambles and didn't seem that nice.

wilsers 12 May Lead O/S Better than the Duke. Good gear from about half way and some nice climbing. Stepping onto the overlap at the top and then scrambling up dusty ledges with suspect rocks held in by grass is a bit unnerving. And then there's the brambles! Still, enjoyed it in some sick kind of way...

jamespilgrim 25 Mar, 2017 Lead could be nice without having to work around the thorn bushes - some of the blocks just below the belay are VERY loose, take particularly when thinking of gear placements

cas smerdon 2 May, 2011 Lead Cleared brambles and nettles at the top and cleaned a bit more on descent. After second lead with Brian we are sticking with 'severe' as it is a bit bold in places though nice climbing on small holds. It goes straight up from the narrow runnel, veering left towards 'The Duke' at the top where the vegetation takes over on the direct line.
