Conor1 29 Aug, 2018 AltLd O/S Excellent. Pitch grades all seem out to me - I would give them 5.8, 5.9, 5.8, 5.5, 5.5. Lead 1,3,5. Useful to have double cams around .5 camalot. Starting to get the hang of crack footwork. Head on up for a dip in the waterfall pools after!

Rob84 24 Jul, 2018 AltLd O/S The first half of the Flume pitch is utterly savage at the grade - all of the many other 5.8’s we climbed on this trip felt about 3 grades easier in comparison. The rest of the route is nice, but I wouldn’t put it in the top 100 as the Squamish Select guidebook does - prob worth 2 (UK) stars. Also, be prepared to queue even with an alpine start - it’s mega popular!

inspiration_needed 19 Jun, 2018 Lead O/S Did pitches 1-4. All super well protected. Clipping the first bolt was probably the most exciting. Pitch 2 was my first 5.8. A lovely corner. Pitch 3 good fun and interesting right and upwards traverse. Skywalker pitch was super easy and very fun. James lead the final slab. Went on up to the “rock pools” after! Was amazing. Do not under any circumstances miss them out!! Best part of the day. Best route I have done so far in Squamish!

SenzuBean 1 Jul, 2017 Lead O/S I led all pitches. What a great climb, I really enjoyed it. However I found it harder than 5.8 - the first and third pitches were unexpectedly very difficult (thin slab moves on P1, very tricky groove move at the end of P3 [crap gear too] - both I personally would've given 5.9). P2 was sustained 5.8ish (the same move over and over). Guidebook description says suitable for beginners... ha...

Jon Tweedlie 27 Jun, 2017 2nd β My first multi-pitch climb. Chris and I parked the red rocket at the car park over the highway as Shannon Falls was a absolute gong show. Bit of trouble finding the trail to the base but got there soon enough. Once we got there, found pitch 1 was wet but not too bad. Chris led the whole thing, excellent first multi, good stances and amazing moves on sound rock. the traverse pitch was wild. One of my favourite climbs of all time.

A really nice friendly route, it did feel slightly thin and hard for 5.8 in places tho. When you top out be sure to go check out the water pools! Awesome. May the force be with you :)
