Steve Perry 6 Sep, 2016 Lead I think there's some confusion on the grade choice for this route, The Pure Splendour Start still includes the top pitch of Veritas Splendour which the crux barn door moves at 5b are way above gear. The SMC guide has it correct at E2 5b.
