Climbed very tentatively, placing lots of gear. Got halfway up and felt mentally exhausted, with what I remembered as being the more sustained (albeit not harder) climbing to come. Lowered off. Grr!

Seconded Mary, including the direct start which I almost fell off!

Absolutely superb climb! Didn't think I'd manage it as Euan clearly had to put some thought in. Right from the start, I was pretty negative: tricky balancy moves, gear hard to retrieve one-handed, all of them with bloomin' extended alpine QDs! But then I found myself climbing well and the good holds started to appear. Great mix of bridging, cracks, laybacks, balance, smearing, back and footing, with a final thrutch for the top. Gave me the confidence to take on Shocks and Stares on lead.

Will have to go back to Financial Sector for more, amazing place! Aiming for the E1 to the left, but after zigzagging between routes for a while mostly did this one. Nice layback crack.

Fantastic route, more intimidating than difficult. The top out is loose if you forget to read the guidebook and try to go straight up instead of moving back right!
